Grooved and Slanted Shelves

The shelves on this unit are grooved to hold bottles securely on their sides and to prevent them from sliding around. This feature also allows you to display your bottles in a visually-appealing way. Additionally, all of the shelves are slanted downward, so the bottles' corks won’t dry out and crack. This design prevents air exposure and promotes flavor retention, as well.

There is no way this wine rack holds three shelves that each can hold a 750ml wine bottle. The rods are too short so only two shelves fit. I complained and haven’t heard back.
