has leaked out of 3 corners since the day i got it, that is WITH drainage constantly open and its not just condensation... i told web and they gave me a full refund which was excellent customer service, but just warning others dont bother ordering this.

Seems like a great product but apparently these are not being handled well before shipment. I seen some other reviews where the corners were bent down. Same thing happened to mine, 3 corners bent down and scrapes and the box wasnt damadged and there was plenty of thick foam surrounding unit. Appears it was damaged but packed and shipped anyway. Also the countertop cutout dimensions are not correct so please wait til it arrives to do your cutout. I have mine cut out a quarter inch smaller than stated and its still way to big, my screws only screw onto one side, and barely, if i moved the hokes anymore you would see gap on back side. I will say this, anytime i've had an issue with damaged items, it has always been resolved immediatly. Great customer service!
