This Regency Spec Line solid shelf is an excellent choice for everything from dry ingredient storage to retail and industrial applications! Because it is made of 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel that makes it exceptionally resistant to corrosion, this shelf can be confidently installed in oceanside shops or used to expand storage in warewashing areas and other damp environments.
When combined with additional Regency shelves, posts, and accessories (sold separately), the shelf can hold an impressive amount of evenly-distributed weight. The high weight capacity helps the shelf accommodate business growth as storage needs evolve and product inventory expands.

This commercial-grade shelf is constructed of rugged 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability. As a result, it makes for a reliable storage solution perfect for business applications.
Unlike wire shelving where small components may slip through the cracks or leaking packages may contaminate products on lower shelves, this solid shelf allows you to confidently store products of any type and size. Whether you need to store bulk ingredients, heavy prep tools, cleaning supplies, or even small industrial components, this shelf is sure to do the trick!

This shelf comes with 4 pairs of split sleeves for quick and easy setup and installation. To assemble, simply snap 2 split sleeves around each post at one of the incrementally-notched lines. After you snap the split sleeves on, fit the shelf down over each post to hold it in place.

The sharp edge issue has been solved - the edge is now rolled. I have a 36x24 version which is very stable and flat. The 72x24 version bows badly with the same weight (71 pounds) that I had on the 36x24. I have had to buy a butcher block top to put on top of it to have a level surface. The shelf was a waste of money.

Excellent quality and easy to care for.
It is imperative to consider weight capacity when selecting a shelving unit for commercial applications. Not only does weight capacity affect how much product can be stored at one time, but it affects how well the unit withstands use. If a unit is used to hold more weight than it has been approved to hold, the excess weight will compromise the unit’s integrity, damage its construction, and potentially void its warranty. Plus, because storage needs evolve with a business, selecting a unit with a high capacity can help ensure that it accommodates both immediate and future needs.
