    I did quite a bit of research on stainless steel tables and was just about to hit the purchase button for a different brand, at twice the cost I might add. Then my husband found this site and this table. It was easy to order, arrived quickly even though it was the height of holiday season and went together well. It was a bit too high so we removed 3 inches from the table legs and reassembled. Easy peasy! I couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of the purchase. It is 14-gauge 304 so it is very heavy - two people required. The only additional tools required for set-up as provided is a tape measure. Additional set screws and Allen wrenches were provided in case you misplace/lose something. I can't speak to customer service interaction as none was required! Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier.
