Due to its all-stainless steel construction, it can withstand a wide range of tasks in your restaurant, cafe, or bakery. It's a great option for rolling out dough or chopping fruits and vegetables, providing your staff with additional work space to complete tasks efficiently. To protect your walls during food prep, this work table also features a 4" backsplash.

This table has been one of our most reliable stainless-steel work surfaces in the bakery. It’s sturdy, holds weight extremely well, and provides great space underneath for storing bins and supplies. We use the top to store our microwave, small mixer, blender, and induction heater. Everything stays stable and organized, and the backsplash helps prevent spills or items from sliding off. The stainless-steel surface wipes clean easily and still looks great after constant daily use. If you need a strong, low-maintenance prep surface for small appliances or storage, this one is a great choice.

Great bang for your buck but the little bolts underneath do tend to fall out. They screw back in easily but seem to loosen with every bump on the table. Either way the tables work great.
The gauge refers to the thickness of the stainless steel used to make this work table. The lower the gauge number, the thicker the material. Low gauge stainless steel work tables are ideal for heavy-duty food preparation applications where your unit must withstand repeated heavy blows, while higher gauge tables offer a budget-friendly option for light-duty everyday tasks. Learn more about which gauge is right for your establishment in our Commercial Kitchen Work Table Guide.
