3.0Product is good value but all of my shelving from the site has arrived damaged. If they can fix the transport damage these deserve a 4-5 star for the price you cant beat it.

1.0They cant even send the correct brackets for the 18" depth shelves. Argued with the support chat for a half hour as they are not smart enough to realize they sent the wrong bracket that needs to line up with the slotted holes. I ordered some other lengths in the same depth and upon opening up the 36" shelf they sent brackets that were made for an 12" depth instead of the 18". I was confused until i opened up the 18x60 with the same depth and it fit perfectly on the 36x18.
