The table is perfect for virtually any food service operation, providing a convenient place for staff to categorize dishes for drying.

Thanks to the table's stainless steel side and rear bracing secured by strong sockets, this table has enough support to hold even the largest stacks of dinnerware. The heavy-duty 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel offers more durability and corrosion resistance than type 430. With a durable type 304 stainless steel tabletop, legs, sockets, and bullet feet, this table is built to last in heavy-use, commercial applications.

The mobile silverware soaking sink is perfect for soaking silverware prior to the wash cycle and can be used as a utility sink wherever it's needed. It's made of 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel to withstand frequent use, and its tubular legs and 4 swivel casters (2 with brakes) make relocating the unit a simple task. It accommodates 19 3/4" x 19 3/4" dishwasher baskets (sold separately). With the twist-action lever drain, emptying the bowl for immediate cleaning and speedy refilling is simple.
