3.0I like the product, But it Does NOT come assembled. I Can NOT get the wheels to screw on.

1.0We purchased this item to easily transport our crates of dinner plates. To our dismay, we cannot tighten the bolts, and the dolly does not feel sturdy at all. We also have challenges when trying to transport items, as the wheels do not move well when turning it around or following a curve.
