Seems like a great product but apparently these are not being handled well before shipment. I seen some other reviews where the corners were bent down. Same thing happened to mine, 3 corners bent down and scrapes and the box wasnt damadged and there was plenty of thick foam surrounding unit. Appears it was damaged but packed and shipped anyway. Also the countertop cutout dimensions are not correct so please wait til it arrives to do your cutout. I have mine cut out a quarter inch smaller than stated and its still way to big, my screws only screw onto one side, and barely, if i moved the hokes anymore you would see gap on back side. I will say this, anytime i've had an issue with damaged items, it has always been resolved immediatly. Great customer service!

I purchased the Regency 18" x 24" Stainless Steel Drop-In Ice Bin expecting a durable, insulated product. Unfortunately, it arrived with noticeable dents and did not meet the insulation standards I anticipated. Given its premium price point, I expected better quality control and performance. While it serves its basic function, the issues with its construction and insulation make it difficult to justify the cost.
