1.0I purchased this a while back and recently had it installed as there was a back up with my project. Upon installing it my plumber noted a bad weld connecting the drain to the tray and that it was leaking. I should have read the reviews on this prior.

3.0Bought 2 of these for our restaurant bar. One of them works fine, but the other one worked for a couple of days, and hasn't worked since. It gets stuck upon use, and sprays water all over our bar guests. It's been very hard to find just the part to replace. Seems like everyone is having this issue, as well.

1.0This system is faulty. The glass rinser leaks constantly. It has been inspected and evaluated by a licensed plumber; it has caused more harm than good.
