These are mazing!! They hold a lot of weight and such a great tool for food, equipment movement. These will reduce the risk factors in self-injuries and dropping food when moving them through the kitchen. Plus, my dishwashers say that these go very fast in kitchen races in the late night evening (yes, after the boss has left).

Another non-restaurant use. For any other metalsmith (or wannabe), rolling carts are essential equipment. The problem with most is that they are too "light-duty" to work well - typical metalsmithing tools are really heavy. I bought this cart for the 600 lb load rating (each shelf!), for the solid construction, and for the casters. I LOVE this cart. It went together in 30 minutes. The how-to-assemble video is excellent. I highly recommend it.

We purchased the utility cart, 460UCRT18363, nine months ago. It is collapsing under the weight of an 80-pound case, when the description indicates that it is able to handle 600 pounds per shelf. We have attempted to repair it several times, but the fix doesn't last a day. The warranty is only 90 days and is therefore insufficient.
