I love the size and heavy duty nature of this cart, but it is put together with the split-sleeve system, which over time, with regular weight (it claims to be rated for 700lbs per shelf, something we've never come close to putting on it) they break and let the shelf start slipping, causing it to not be level and lower than it started. I've replaced split sleeves now four times.

We ordered this cart for our grocery store. After 2 months of use, the bottom shelf broke off from the frame when moving cases of bottled waters. We loved the size of it for restocking at the store, but need something that can at least hold 6 cases of water.

Pros The cart is sturdy and holds the counter dishwasher I got it for with no problem. The wheels swivel easily and it rolls smoothly over carpet or tile and the locks work properly. Cons Several pieces of the cart were damaged. Although customer service sent out replacement parts quickly, several of those parts were also damaged. I am disabled, and it was an inconvenience to have to find someone help me with three extra deliveries.
