4.0Works well for what it is designed for. However the the middle does sag down with weight more than we expected. Possibly an additional bracket to support the center would prove valuable.

5.0I am happy to have this strong tube to my shelf. I hate to hang my clothes in my closes since it get some smell no matter what I do. However, I just hang in my room with the wire shelf. When you need to pick your clothes, it's so easy and quick to choose!
