Absolutely love this baking rack for my micro bakery. It's a great value and rolls back and forth in the kitchen well. Easy to clean and easy to assemble. Baking racks slide in and out easily. Use either full sheet pans or two half sheets fit on one rack too. Wipe the cover down with a damp kitchen cloth to easily clean.
