It seems the smaller the table, the better it does in shipping as this table from Regency came to us almost in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and fit together perfectly!

Using this table in our food truck I went with the 16 gauge because it is right in front of the serving window so I am constantly leaning on it and reaching out the window also it is used for prep when we are not in service so I thought the thicker gauge stainless would be better for that
Smaller appliances like blenders or can openers should be fine. For maximum stability, we recommend limiting the placement of heavy objects on work tables.
For optimal stability and safety, it is essential to install the included undershelf. Please follow the assembly instructions and secure the undershelf as directed.
The height listed does not include the height of the bullet feet. These feet will add between 1 5/16" to 2 3/4" so that the table can be leveled when on an uneven surface.
The gauge refers to the thickness of the stainless steel used to make this work table. The lower the gauge number, the thicker the material. Low gauge stainless steel work tables are ideal for heavy-duty food preparation applications where your unit must withstand repeated heavy blows, while higher gauge tables offer a budget-friendly option for light-duty everyday tasks. Learn more about which gauge is right for your establishment in our Commercial Kitchen Work Table Guide.
This item will usually ship in 1-2 business days with height or caster customization.
These numbers refer to the grade of stainless steel that's used to make this product. Type 304 stainless steel includes nickel, which offers superior corrosion resistance, while type 430 is made without nickel. Type 304 stainless steel is a great choice for use in wet or humid environments where rust and corrosion are a concern. Meanwhile, type 430 stainless steel is a budget-friendly option for use in dry settings.
