3.0I would recommend for a cinder block install, like in a basement. Install on a stud wall required some additional work as the backets are wider than the stud and you can only sink 2 out of 4 anchors into stud.

5.0A great shelf that holds a lot of weight. Just be certain to use heavy anchors when drilling into wall to be certain it will stay in place.
