With 4 total can racks, this shelving unit can hold up to (48) #5 cans or (32) #10 cans in total and each 36" shelf can accommodate four can racks. In addition to the can racks, there is also enough space on the shelves to store other non-canned dry ingredients.

FIFO Design

Thanks to its clever FIFO design, this rack enables a first-in, first-out system of stock rotation to ensure that older items are always getting used before newer items. In the long run, this will save a lot of money on products going past their expiration date and getting wasted, and overall makes for a more efficient kitchen operation.
