This baker's rack includes (1) 18" x 48" stainless steel solid shelf constructed of rugged, commercial-grade, 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel for trusted durability. This solid shelf is convenient for storing loose items that may slip through the cracks of a wire shelf and is great for helping prevent leaking packages from contaminating products on lower shelves. This solid stainless steel shelf is corrosion resistant, easy to clean, and can hold up to 700 lb. of evenly distributed weight. Great for storing everything from heavy bulk ingredients to retail and industrial items. For even more storage needs, this baker's rack includes (2) 18" x 48" chrome wire shelves, perfect for storing mixing bowls, disposable paper products, or cleaning supplies. These commercial-grade wire shelves are constructed of durable chrome-plated metal for maximum longevity. Its wire design ensures ample airflow around products while keeping the area well ventilated for long-term storage and can withstand up to 600 lb. of evenly distributed weight. This Regency baker's rack does not only make a great storage solution, but also makes a versatile work station, with (1) included 18" x 48" x 1/2" hardwood cutting board insert, making it ideal for a variety of tasks, including chopping vegetables and fruits, prepping batters, and providing your staff with additional workspace.

For additional overhead storage, (1) 12" x 48" chrome wire cantilever shelf is included, which can accommodate up to 150 lb. of weight, making it great for storing paper products, linens, cooking utensils, and spices. It features a retaining ledge around the perimeter to prevent its contents from sliding off. For even more space efficiency, this baker's rack includes (1) 18" chrome hanger rail and (6) 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" large chrome snap-on j-hooks that are fully adjustable to accommodate textiles, pots, pans, and serving utensils, creating an overhead storage solution without drilling into the wall. Assembly is made quick and easy by utilizing the included split sleeves per shelf and the (2) 34" chrome posts and (2) 64" chrome posts included in this kit. Simply snap the two sides of the sleeve together at one of the incrementally spaced notches and slide the corner ring of the shelf over the sleeve. If you later wish to reconfigure the shelves, it's as easy as removing the sleeves and repositioning them as you see fit.

Regency shelving is designed to work with many popular brands of shelving, including Metro Super Erecta and Advance Tabco. However, it's important to note that each type of component must be from the same brand, due to minor variations in size between brands.

For example, you can use Metro Super Erecta shelves with Regency posts, but all of the shelves must be Metro and all of the posts must be Regency. However, you cannot use a few Advance Tabco shelves and a few Regency shelves on the same set of posts at the same time, or two Metro posts and two Regency posts on the same shelving unit.
