This baker's rack includes (1) 18" deep stainless steel solid shelf and (1) 18" wire shelf, perfect for storing equipment, disposable paper products, or cleaning supplies. Each shelf can hold up to 700 lb. of evenly distributed weight per shelf. The high weight capacity of each included shelf helps accommodate business growth as storage needs evolve and product inventory expands. For additional overhead storage, (1) 12" deep chrome wire cantilever shelf is included, which can accommodate up to 150 lb. of weight, making it great for storing paper products, linens, cooking utensils, and spices. It features a retaining ledge around the perimeter to prevent its contents from sliding off. It also includes 1 chrome hanger rail and large chrome snap-on J-hooks that are fully adjustable to accommodate textiles, pots, pans, and serving utensils, creating an overhead storage solution without drilling into the wall.
No-Hassle Assembly
Assembly is made quick and easy by utilizing the included split sleeves per shelf with the (2) 34" chrome posts and (2) 64" chrome posts included in this kit. Simply snap the two sides of the sleeve together at one of the incrementally spaced notches and slide the corner ring of the shelf over the sleeve. If you later wish to reconfigure the shelves, it's as easy as removing the sleeves and repositioning them as you see fit.

View all FAQsRegency shelving is designed to work with many popular brands of shelving, including Metro Super Erecta and Advance Tabco. However, it's important to note that each type of component must be from the same brand, due to minor variations in size between brands.
For example, you can use Metro Super Erecta shelves with Regency posts, but all of the shelves must be Metro and all of the posts must be Regency. However, you cannot use a few Advance Tabco shelves and a few Regency shelves on the same set of posts at the same time, or two Metro posts and two Regency posts on the same shelving unit.
It is imperative to consider weight capacity when selecting a shelving unit for commercial applications. Not only does weight capacity affect how much product can be stored at one time, but it affects how well the unit withstands use. If a unit is used to hold more weight than it has been approved to hold, the excess weight will compromise the unit’s integrity, damage its construction, and potentially void its warranty. Plus, because storage needs evolve with a business, selecting a unit with a high capacity can help ensure that it accommodates both immediate and future needs.
All wood products should be hand washed. The heat and chemicals of a dishwasher are harmful to wood’s naturally porous texture. If your board begins to show signs of wear, its finish can be restored with a food safe mineral oil or wood conditioner. First, clean and dry the board. Then, apply a thin coating with a soft cloth or paper towel. Once the conditioner has soaked into the board, buff off any excess with a clean cloth. Having excess conditioner on a wood cutting board will make it feel sticky or oily. Be sure to dry it completely before storage to prevent mold.
Fluctuating temperatures and moisture can sometimes cause wood to warp. In many cases, the tabletop will correct itself as it acclimates to its new environment. To accelerate this process, you can apply mineral oil to the tabletop and let it sit flat for about a week, which may help resolve the warping.
Due to the natural differences in wood, no two items will look exactly the same. While this item is designed from the same type of wood pictured, each piece will have its own unique appearance and woodgrain.
